Askeri Hastane Raporu
Askeri hastaneler askerde iken er ve erbaşların sağlık kontrollerinin yapıldığı, askere alım esnasında sağlık raporlarının gerekli kontrollerinin yapıldığı ve askere alınamayacak sağlık durumundaki kişilerin raporlarını teyit etmekle görevli hastanelerdir. Ve son yıllarda bu hastaneler de sağlık bakanlığı tarafından sıkı kontrol altına alınmıştır. Bu sebeple askeri hastanelerde bazı yönetim ve işleyiş değişikliklerine gidilmiştir.
Eski yıllarda özellikle üniversitelerin sağlık bilimleri bölümlerinden mezun olan (tıp fakültesi, eczacılık fakültesi, veterinerlik, hemşirelik bölümü gibi) asker adaylarının acemi birliğinden sonra askeriyedeki görev devamlılıkları askeriyenin hastanesinde ya da revirlerinde olmaktaydı. Günümüzde de neredeyse hemen hemen her sağlık bilimcisi er ya da erbaş askeri sağlık personeli olarak görevlendirilse de bu durum eskisi kadar kesin değildir. Mezun sayısının fazlalığından ya da yönetmeliğin değişikliğinden ötürü askeriyede mesleği ile alakasız görevlere alınan erler bulunmaktadır.
Askeri Hastane Raporu Neden Verilir?
Askeri hastaneler fazla kilodan ötürü ya da akıl hastalığı olan kişilerde risk oluşturması sebebi ile askeriye hastanesi dışında çıkarılmış olan askerlik yapmasına engel olan raporların kontrol ve incelemelerini yaparak kişinin gerçekten bu görevden muaf olması gerekiyor mu gerekmiyor mu onu inceler.
- Askerde iken bir er ya da erbaşın sağlık durumunda oluşan bozukluklardan ötürü askerliğine devam edemeyecek kişilere bu rapor verilir ve kişi askeri hastanede gözetim altındayken raporlu olduğu günler askeriyede geçirmiş gibi sayılır.
- Özellikle askere gelmeden önce de önemli bazı hastalığı olan kişiler ya da askeriyede iken hastalığı anlaşılan kişilerde askeri hastane raporu verilebilir. Bu hastalıklar iltihaplı romatizma, enfeksiyonlu hastalıklar, ankilozan spondilit, ruhsal hastalıklar( şizofren, bipolar…), epilepsi gibi hastada aniden ataklar oluşturabilecek hastalıklardır. Bu hastalıkların varlığı kişide her an bir iltihaplı nöbet, epilepsi nöbeti ya da sinir krizine neden olabileceği gibi hastalının silah taşıması da sakıncalı olabilir. Bu nedenle askeri hastane raporu verilerek bir süre hasta sakinleştirilmek için ya da iltihaplanmanın durdurulması için gözlem altında tutulur.
- Askerdeyken bir çatışmaya girerek ya da bir yaralanma yaşayarak ameliyat olmak zorunda kalan er ve erbaşların da ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası için askeri hastane raporu yazılması ile tedavi süreci kolaylaştırılır. Raporlu hasta, hastanede tedavi altında tutularak gün içi eğitimlere katılamayacak durumda olan, katılması sakıncalı olan hastadır.
- Askerlik esnasında önceden var olan bir kronik hastalığı olan er ya da erbaşın hastalığında bir atak gelişmesi durumunda askeriyenin uzman hekimi rapor yazmanın yanında hastaya hava değişikliği vermeyi de gerekli görebilir.
